NYPD Blows Whistle on New Hillary Emails.

New York Police Department detectives and prosecutors working an alleged underage sexting case against former Congressman Anthony Weiner have turned over a newly-found laptop he shared with wife Huma Abedin to the FBI with enough evidence “to put Hillary (Clinton) and her crew away for life,” NYPD sources told True Pundit.

NYPD sources said Clinton’s “crew” also included several unnamed yet implicated members of Congress in addition to her aides and insiders.

The NYPD seized the computer from Weiner during a search warrant and detectives discovered a trove of over 500,000 emails to and from Hillary Clinton, Abedin and other insiders during her tenure as secretary of state. The content of those emails sparked the FBI to reopen its defunct email investigation into Clinton on Friday.

But new revelations on the contents of that laptop, according to law enforcement sources, implicate the Democratic presidential candidate, her subordinates, and even select elected officials in far more alleged serious crimes than mishandling classified and top secret emails, sources said. NYPD sources said these new emails include evidence linking Clinton herself and associates to:

• Money laundering
• Child exploitation
• Sex crimes with minors (children)
• Perjury
• Pay to play through Clinton Foundation
• Obstruction of justice
• Other felony crimes

NYPD detectives and a NYPD Chief, the department’s highest rank under Commissioner, said openly that if the FBI and Justice Department fail to garner timely indictments against Clinton and co- conspirators, NYPD will go public with the damaging emails now in the hands of FBI Director James Comey and many FBI field offices.

“What’s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,” the NYPD Chief said. “There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found. We have copies of everything. We will ship them to Wikileaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that.”

The NYPD Chief said once Comey saw the alarming contents of the emails he was forced to reopen a criminal probe against Clinton.

“People are going to prison,” he said.

Meanwhile, FBI sources said Abedin and Weiner were cooperating with federal agents, who have taken over the non-sexting portions the case from NYPD. The husband-and-wife Clinton insiders  are both shopping for separate immunity deals, sources said.

“If they don’t cooperate they are going to see long sentences,” a federal law enforcement source said.

NYPD sources said Weiner or Abedin stored all the emails in a massive Microsoft Outlook program on the laptop. The emails implicate other current and former members of Congress and one high-ranking Democratic Senator as having possibly engaged in criminal activity too, sources said.

Prosecutors in the office of US Attorney Preet Bharara have issued a subpoena for Weiner’s cell phones and travel records, law enforcement sources confirmed. NYPD said it planned to order the same phone and travel records on Clinton and Abedin, however, the FBI said it was in the process of requesting the identical records. Law enforcement sources are particularly interested in cell phone activity and travel to the Bahamas, U.S. Virgin Islands and other locations that sources would not divulge.

The new emails contain travel documents and itineraries indicating Hillary Clinton, President Bill Clinton, Weiner and multiple members of Congress and other government officials accompanied convicted pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein on his Boeing 727 on multiple occasions to his private island in the U.S Virgin Islands, sources said. Epstein’s island has also been dubbed Orgy Island or Sex Slave Island where Epstein allegedly pimps out underage girls and boys to international dignitaries.

Both NYPD and FBI sources confirm based on the new emails they now believe Hillary Clinton traveled as Epstein’s guest on at least six occasions, probably more when all the evidence is combed, sources said. Bill Clinton, it has been confirmed in media reports spanning recent years, that he too traveled with Epstein over 20 times to the island.

Laptop Also Unveiled More Classified, Top Secret Breaches

According to other uncovered emails, Abedin and Clinton both sent and received thousands of classified and top secret documents to personal email accounts including Weiner’s unsecured campaign web site which is managed by Democratic political consultants in Washington D.C.

Weiner maintained little known email accounts that the couple shared on the website anthonyweiner.com. Weiner, a former seven-term Democratic Congressman from New York, primarily used that domain to campaign for Congress and for his failed mayoral bid of New York City.

At one point, FBI sources said, Abedin and Clinton’s classified and top secret State Department documents and emails were stored in Weiner’s email on a server shared with a dog grooming service and a western Canadian bicycle shop.

However, Weiner and Abedin, who is Hillary Clinton’s closest personal aide, weren’t the only people with access to the Weiner’s email account. Potentially dozens of unknown individuals had access to Abedin’s sensitive State Department emails that were stored in Weiner’s email account, FBI sources confirmed.

FEC records show Weiner paid more than $92,000 of congressional campaign funds to Anne Lewis Strategies LLC to manage his email and web site. According to FBI sources, the D.C.-based political consulting firm has served as the official administrator of the anthonyweiner.com domain since 2010, the same time Abedin was working at the State Department. This means technically Weiner and Abedin’s emails, including top secret State Department emails, could have been accessed, printed, discussed, leaked, or distributed by untold numbers of personnel at the Anne Lewis consulting firm because they can control where the website and it emails are pointed, FBI sources said.

According to FBI sources, the bureau’s newly-minted probe into Clinton’s use and handling of emails while she served as secretary of state, has also been broadened to include investigating new email-related revelations, including:

• Abedin forwarded classified and top secret State Department emails to Weiner’s email
• Abedin stored emails, containing government secrets, in a special folder shared with Weiner warehousing over 500,000 archived State Department emails.
• Weiner had access to these classified and top secret documents without proper security clearance to view the records
• Abedin also used a personal yahoo address and her Clintonemail.com address to send/receive/store classified and top secret documents
• A private consultant managed Weiner’s site for the last six years, including three years when Clinton was secretary of state, and therefore, had full access to all emails as the domain’s listed registrant and administrator via Whois email contacts.

Because Weiner’s campaign website is managed by the third-party consultant and political email guru, FBI agents are burdened with the task of trying to decipher just how many people had access to Weiner’s server and emails and who were these people. Or if the server was ever compromised by hackers, or other actors.

Abedin told FBI agents in an April interview that she didn’t know how to consistently print documents or emails from her secure Dept. of State system. Instead, she would forward the sensitive emails to her yahoo, Clintonemail.com and her email linked to Weiner.

Abedin said, according to FBI documents, she would then access those email accounts via webmail from an unclassified computer system at the State Dept. and print the documents, many of which were classified and top secret, from the largely unprotected webmail portals.

Clinton did not have a computer in her office on Mahogany Row at the State Dept. so she was not able to read timely intelligence unless it was printed out for her, Abedin said. Abedin also said Clinton could not operate the secure State Dept. fax machine installed in her Chappaqua, NY home without assistance.

Perhaps more alarming, according to the FBI’s 302 Report detailing its interview with Abedin, none of the multiple FBI agents and Justice Department officials who conducted the interview pressed Abedin to further detail the email address linked to Weiner. There was never a follow up, according to the 302 report.

But now, all that has changed, with the FBI’s decision to reopen the Clinton email investigation and the husband and wife seeking immunity deals to testify against Clinton and other associates about the contents of the laptop’s emails.

PizzaGate Traced to Fairfax County, Virginia.

Stunning Report From SGT Radio

One of my readers sent me an interview conducted on SGT radio with an anonymous  researcher, “Mark” who revealed the incredible number of children who continually go missing from the Virginia-Washington DC area, primarily in Fairfax County.

There are very serious statistical anomalies associated with the number of children that go missing in Virginia as compared to the rest of the country. For example, Virginia’s missing children are double and triple the rate of missing children, such as Texas which has a population almost four times that of Virginia have less than half the missing children.

In the SGT interview, the informant, “Mark”,  revealed what definitely is a child trafficking and pedophilia ring in the area, as he found a very high correlation of a high number of missing children in that area. Virginia is second only to California in total number of missing children.

It is the apparent conclusion of “Mark’s” research that the missing children of Virginia are, at least in part, going to service the perverted “PizzaGate” needs of the elite identified in the Wikileaks report.

Here is the interview and subsequent discussion between “Mark” and SGT radio. The facts covered to this point are revealed in the first few minutes of the interview.

The Monika Weslowski Case

Although it was not called PizzaGate in 2014, I discovered this unholy practice over 30 months ago.

In 2014, current State Department employee, Monika Wesolowski who holds a significant security clearance, was “swat-teamed” by her local police and CPS at 830pm, one December night in 2013, because CPS wanted to do a child welfare check on her child, Dylan, age 4 at the time. After hours of brutal interrogation, the CPS agents accused the mother of strangling her child. Even though the police were present during the entire Gestapo type interrogation, no charges have ever been brought against Wesolowski. A subsequent pediatric report exonerated Ms. Wesolowski from the original allegation. No judge has held her accountable. Yet, her son was removed from her custody and Ms. Wesolowski claims, with proof, that the two foster “dads” who were originally given custody were molesting the boy and the boy is failing to thrive. Monika provided proof on The Common Sense Show.

My research efforts also revealed that Monika’s son would play with a man’s daughter in their apartment complex. The father’s name was Pito Segovia and he was one of Congressman Wolf’s chief child sex trafficking researchers. Segovia died under very mysterious circumstances and immediately thereafter, Virginia CPS showed up and executed a completely unwarranted snatch and grab of Monika’s son. It is obvious from the time frame and the social relationship between the two families that Monika was also targeted in order to silence her from what she may have learned from Segovia.  Segovia’s death was never satisfactorily solved. Pito’s wife, Anna, called the investigation a whitewash. I can tell you, it was a homicide and served as a direct warning to Virginia’s Congressman Frank Wolf to quit was he was doing with regard to his investigations into sex trafficking in Fairfax County, VA.

Congressman Frank Wolf (link has been scrubbed) formerly of the 10th District in Virginia is on the warpath against human trafficking. Congressman Wolf’s website used to contain numerous references to child sex trafficking in Northern Virginia, centering in Fairfax County.  Nearly every one of the links to legal actions against child sex traffickers, since I first published them in 2014 have been purged.

Just like the late Georgia State Senator, Nancy Schaefer, the pedophile forces coalesced and combined forces to force Congressman Wolf from Congress. I believe that he is lucky to be alive. Schaefer, as you know was not so lucky, she was murdered to keep her research from going forward.

At one time, Congressman Wolf’s website provided partial excerpts of his comments on this dire problem. Here is an excerpt I lifted from Wolf’s website in June of 2014.

“Human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery. Not only is it an affront to human dignity, but it is an insidious criminal enterprise. Approximately 800,000 people are trafficked across international borders each year, according to the U.S. State Department. This figure does not include the thousands who are trafficked annually within countries, including the United States. While the hidden nature of trafficking makes reliable numbers difficult to come by, we do know traffickers prey on the most vulnerable. Traffickers can make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year selling women and children, according to the Washington, D.C.-based Polaris Project, one of the leading anti-trafficking organizations in the country…”

These were the words of a U.S. Congressman on this issue and they validate the SGT Report’s interview listed above.

Trafficking in Virginia: The Media Cover-Up and the Purging of Relevant PizzaGate Information

Sometimes in journalism, it is not what you find that is important, it is what is covered up. The scrubbing of the published research, by a sitting US Congressman, is not the only attempted cover up into PizzaGate in Fairfax County.

After Wesolowski’s son was taken, she appeared on my radio show and this prompted a letter of concern from the Fairfax County’s District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Wesolowski’s claims of them trying to eviscerate her First Amendment rights are bolstered by the contents of a letter written by Fairfax Assistant County Attorney to Ms. Wesolowski’s attorney.

“Ms. Kramer,

It is my understanding that you are representing Ms. Wesolowski. The Department would like to schedule a meeting with you and your client so that we can discuss the case and moving forward. The Department has some concerns about Ms. Wesolowski’s radio appearance this past weekend and would like to discuss that with you and your client. Please let me know when you and Ms. Wesolowski would be available for such a meeting. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to working with you.

Ms. Wesolowski also had sent me the following and very disturbing information in an email:

“My therapist said that DFS Social Worker Magda Alarcon told her that I was “unstable” because I contacted the media and was on your show. Magda had said that people left comments about the show that place Dylan in harm and danger as the comments stated that people wanted to hurt and threatened the lives of the foster parents. She said that Magda stated that my actions to go to the media did not factor in threats to DFS and therefore I am “unstable.” She also said that Magda told her I would not be getting more visitation time with my son because of this”.

So the Department of Family Services took away visiting time from Monika with her son, because she told her story on a nationally syndicated radio show. What are they are afraid of? More importantly, what are these public officials covering up in Fairfax County?

Since when should a radio appearance cause concern for the County Attorney? Should any public official fear the light of day, unless they are engaged in wrongdoing? PizzaGate is alive and well and the guardians of the gate are doing their duty to this unholy endeavor whether they realize it or not.

In the furtherance of my investigation into the Virgina CPS/DFS kidnapping of Monika Wesoloski’s son in Fairfax County in Virginia, I interviewed two former CPS agents admitting and they both stated “that the goal of the agency is child abduction from the homes of law-abiding parents. The agencies are paid by the federal government for the procurement of each child. And that some of these children, simply go missing”. More money is paid to the Virginia CPS/DFS when the child is a minority and even more is paid out when the child has a disability as is the case with Monika Wesolowski’s son.

Parents of America, do you feel safer after reading these accounts?

The investigation will continue. In Oklahoma there are over 70 missing children that were under the guardianship of Oklahoma’s version of CPS. It is time to call more attention to this event as well.

A former Cardiff councillor has alleged there is culture of ‘bullying’ and ‘racial discrimination’ in the city’s Labour group.

Former group spokesperson Sue White quit on Monday after two years as a Llandaff North councillor.

And she has now issued an explosive statement, accusing ex-colleagues of bullying her for speaking up for a Muslim association.

The group is now perilously close to losing its majority on the city council – with suggestions more councillors could exit the group imminently and some even thinking about defecting to a rival party.

In a statement, she told Wales Online she resigned “because of bullying and what I perceive to be racial discrimination”.

Ms White said: “There is a culture of bullying in the Cardiff council Labour group which has been allowed to go unchecked for far too long.

“I myself have experienced it when I was the group secretary and, most recently, when I defended the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association (AMA).”

Ms White said the group had been praised by world leaders – including Prime Minister Theresa May – and had been given as an example of “best practice” at a peace conference in Cardiff last weekend.

In Cardiff, the group has previously called for Muslims to “speak out against violence and help spread the peaceful message of the Koran”.

But Ms White said she had become “extremely concerned at what I see as prejudice” against them.

She said one colleague warned her not to go to AMA meetings or to an Eid dinner in County Hall because of unfounded allegations about the group’s supposed links to Isis, adding: “I told the colleague that it was completely unacceptable to make allegations of that nature and attended the event.”

As a rather exciting November comes to a close, the U.S. anticipates a relaxing Christmas holiday. Most Americans have time off from work to visit with close friends and family to celebrate and rejoice. There’s nothing like sharing a warm cup of cocoa with a loved one during this time of year.

However, as temperatures drop nationwide, some people, including children, are less fortunate than others. Orphaned children especially feel an unsteady chill in the air instead of Christmas joy. These children are caught in the invisible fishing line of Child Protective Services. Foster children undeniably understand this brutal cold as they are hooked and pulled away from loved ones. They don’t have the option to see family for the holidays.

Last year, state officials involved with the foster care program were investigated for trafficking children. Over 5,000 people in the Department of Defense were linked to child pornography, according to a report from 2015. This information was leaked to the media, but only a few hundred military personnel were looked into and the investigation mysteriously ceased after 8 months.

Few officials ever speak out against the heinous crimes that occur within foster care, which is vulnerable in terms of funding. In 2010, Senator Nancy Schaefer decided to blow the whistle on child trafficking within Child Protective Services and they both mysteriously ended up dead.

In a random alleged suicide-murder, Senator Nancy Schaefer is said to have fallen victim to a gunshot wound inflicted by her husband, who had no motive to kill her and then turn the gun on himself. Their five children were not harmed, but suicide notes addressed to each are rumoured to be forged.

In an exclusive interview with Alex Jones of InfoWars, Senator Nancy Schaefer describes in grave detail what was happening behind the closed doors of foster care.

According to Medical Kidnap, “Alex Jones asked her if there were ‘bounties on the heads of children’ and Mrs. Schaefer said ‘yes,’ and that in fact just the day before she had learned that ‘an order’ had come in to a CPS office stating what kind of child someone wanted to adopt.

“Mrs. Schaefer states that the financial motive for the State to legally kidnap children was put in place in 1974 by Walter Mondale with the ‘Adoption and Safe Families Act.’ This was later expanded by President Bill Clinton in 1997 with The Adoption and Safe Families Act that gave states cash bonuses for every child adopted out of foster care. (Editor’s note: Bill Clinton signed this bill into law, but the bill was passed by the Republican-led House and Senate led by Newt Gingrich, so it was a bi-partisan effort initiated by a Republican majority in Congress.).

“Mrs. Schaefer talks about how States have a ‘base formula’ regarding how much each child is worth in terms of collecting federal funding, and how they can increase that formula to get all the federal funding that is available. If they get close to the end of the year and they have not collected all the funds available for that State, there is more incentive to put more children into foster care.”

One child in foster care can earn the state up to a million dollars. THIS sounds like motive for murder, not a happy marriage.

Medical Kidnap continues, “Mrs. Schaefer explained how the words ‘in the best interest of the child’ have been redefined by CPS, whose goal is to destroy the family. She explained how grandparents often cannot even get custody of their own grandchildren when it would be in the best interest of the children to be with their grandparents. She explained how children are much more likely to be abused in foster care than they are when they are left with ‘abusive’ parents.”

Schaefer recalls first-hand experience with a case in her district. Two little girls were taken from their mother because the mother allegedly had an unopened can of beer in her vehicle. As a result, the two girls were placed into a foster home with many other children. These children were found to be sexually abused, “including by the CPS caseworker who lived in the foster home,” Medical Kidnap concludes.

Child abduction happens often.

So, there is a very real program within the department that strictly hunts for certain types of children. This leaves an enormous amount of room for corruption. This groups also specifically seeks out special needs children and takes them from their parents, leaving them with an expensive bill every week.

Senator Schaefer mentions the case of a special needs child who was removed from their mother by CPS and taken to an undisclosed location, where they received shock therapy. The mother was billed $7,000 per week- this was 10 years ago, she is still paying it off. Aside from the hefty medical bill, this is extremely offensive and should not be permitted.

It’s no surprise that Senator Schaefer was murdered for trying to expose the underground child sex trafficking pedophile ring. John and Tony Podesta are accused of horrendous crimes because of content released by WikiLeaks in the form of deleted and acid-washed emails.

Code-language is used in the form of color and different vague food dishes- the amount of times ‘pasta’ and ‘pizza’ are used incorrectly by well-educated government officials is disturbing, especially because these documents were acid-washed. Acid-washing is extremely expensive and hard to come by. It’s obvious that the words are code for something and these individuals are protecting a dark secret.

Over four official democratic government meetings have taken place at Comet Pizza. Why? Comet Pizza is a hot spot for pedophilia and has an entire subreddit with some interesting information dedicated to exposing it.

Basically, any government official who has ever set foot into Comet Pizza should be thoroughly vetted. How far down the rabbit hole does this go? Over the course of the long presidential election, WikiLeaks provided thousands of documents that exposed many things. They ranged from money laundering to tax evasion and even proved that Hillary Clinton funded ISIS.

One of the more bizarre revelations surrounding Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta, being deeply involved with “spirit cooking” and his involvement in a global sex ring.

It is nearly guaranteed that John Podesta is deeply involved with this gross, disturbing, satanic worshipping practice and we can be certain that Hillary Clinton knows about this and may partake in this herself.

As disturbing as that sounds, the documents connect many dots to several world leaders that we originally did not suspect. Shockingly, the WikiLeaks documents brought President Obama to the forefront of the issue.

 

These documents indicate that a man named Terrence Bean was a fundraiser and a “bundler” for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. A “bundler” is someone who not only donates money to a politician, but also collects and “bundles” donations from other sources in order to donate one large sum of money to the candidate.

Moving forward with these documents, it is also important to mention that Bean travelled on Air Force One twice with President Obama.

In 2014, Bean was arrested for raping a child. Bean and his 25 year old boyfriend were charged with two felony counts of having sex with a minor (a 15-year-old boy) in 2013. They took turns molesting a little boy while campaigning with and for Obama during his reelection campaign.

This is the second pedophile that has been linked directly with the Clintons and Obama. The second was billionaire pedophile Jeffery Epstein, who has taken the Clintons to his private island that has been rumoured to be for sex with underage boys and girls.

 

“Friend” to the Clintons, too

The importance of this is astronomical. Epstein and Bean, two known pedophiles, have working relationships — both politically and non-politically — with the Obama’s and Clinton’s.

Many reports are speculating that the Podesta emails discussing “spirit cooking” are code for child sex trafficking. The emails contain odd mentions of cooking recipes that can be deciphered with types of food.

There are thousands of emails from WikiLeaks showing that Clinton, Podesta, and her team used these codes in thousands of emails when they were discussing child sex trafficking. Again, unconfirmed, but it is certainly worth mentioning.

“Julian Assange claimed that the Wikileaks would send Hillary Clinton to prison,” writes Mike Cernovich. “The releases initially disappointed many people, this reporter included, as the evidence of corruption was slim. Assange was right. The real story was hidden in view.”

While the child trafficking and pedophile connections to Clinton remain up in the air, we now have a connection to Barack Obama. When you see the hashtag #PizzaGate or articles surrounding that, this is what we are all trying to uncover.

We have factual evidence from WikiLeaks that not only shows Podesta and Clinton were enamoured with Spirit Cooking and Epstein’s Sex Island, but now we see the connection of Obama and Bean to it all. People died in illegal human experiments carried out by John Podesta backer’s firm.

John Podesta, one of President Obama‘s closest White House advisers, counts among his key financial supporters Hansjorg Wyss, a reclusive Swiss billionaire whose company conducted illegal human experiments that resulted in the deaths of three elderly patients.

Justice Department attorneys negotiated a $23.8 million plea deal in 2011 with Synthes Inc., and Norian Corporation, its wholly owned subsidiary, and sent four of its U.S. executives to prison. The money was paid to the federal government.

Two of the victims died in a California hospital and the third perished in a Texas medical facility. One of the California victims was Ryoichi Kikuchi, 83, who died on the operating table at John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek on Sept. 19, 2009.

He was a prize-winning physicist who analyzed the thermodynamic behavior of liquids and gases and worked at scientific centers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of California at Berkeley, the Max Planck Institute in Germany and the National Bureau of Standards.

The federal judge who heard the case said the company’s “pattern of deception is unparalleled.”

Synthes was a Swiss medical device firm with U.S. corporate offices in West Chester, Pa. Wyss opened the U.S. office in 1974 and was CEO until the company was bought by Johnson & Johnson in 2012 for $21.3 billion.

The Washington Examiner asked a White House spokesman whether the president was aware of Podesta’s relationship with Wyss or of the three deaths when Podesta was invited to join the chief executive’s inner circle. The spokesman declined to respond.

Podesta, who was White House chief of staff under President Bill Clinton, and Wyss have been financially linked for years. Among the Swiss billionaire’s largest gifts in recent years have been those made to the Center for American Progress.

CAP received $4.1 million from Wyss during Podesta’s tenure as the liberal nonprofit’s founding president and chief executive officer. A CAP spokesman declined to respond to the Examiner‘s request for information about the Podesta-Wyss relationship.

The HJW Foundation, which is Wyss’s private foundation, hired Podesta in 2013 as a paid consultant, for which he was paid $87,000 that year, according to the presidential counselor’s financial disclosure statement.

A HJW spokesman declined to respond to the Examiner’s questions about the kind of work Podesta performed for the fee.

Wyss has a seat on CAP’s 10-member board of directors, which also includes former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright; former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, D-S.D.; and Carol Browner, Obama’s first energy czar and administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under Clinton.

Podesta’s think tank is the fourth-largest recipient of Wyss money among 27 liberal nonprofit activist groups the Swiss billionaire has supported since 2008, according to the HJW Foundation’s Internal Revenue Service tax returns.

The IRS 990 tax returns for all of the groups can be reviewed via the Examiner’s Citizen Audit database.

CAP itself was the largest single recipient of HJW contributions in 2011 and 2012, according to the foundation’s IRS filling.

Wyss and other Synthes executives decided to enter the highly profitable field of spinal surgery in 2000 with Norian XR, a cement-like mixture of calcium phosphate with barium sulfate.

Company managers claimed the compound could act like bone when injected in the spine in a procedure called “vertebrosplasty.”

Federal prosecutors noted that at the time there was “excitement about using Norian for vertebroplasties” at Synthes, even though the U.S. Food and Drug Administration had not approved its use on the spine. FDA approval could take at least three years.

Company managers, however, decided not to seek FDA approval for Norian XR on the spine. Instead, they conducted unauthorized human experiments over a four-year period that included the three deaths.

FDA officials got wind of the deadly experiments and dispatched Capt. Joseph Despins in May 2004 to conduct an unannounced inspection, which kept him at the company until June 18.

Despins’ findings subsequently became the basis for a federal indictment of the company, its subsidiary and four of its officers, which was filed June 16, 2009.

U.S. District Judge Legrome D. Davis said during a 2011 sentencing hearing following the plea agreement that the two firms ran “rogue clinical trials,” conducted “illegal training of spine surgeons” and “in search of profits, chose not to tell the FDA the truth.”

He also said they “did not stop the testing until three elderly patients had died on the operating table over the period of a year. … This pattern of deception is unparalleled.”

Four Synthes executives went to jail, each for varying terms of less than one year, in the plea agreement. They admitted their company had feloniously conspired “to defraud the United States” in an effort “to impair and impede the lawful functions of the Food and Drug Administration.”

Wyss was not named in the indictment but was referred to as “Person No. 7” and the “CEO and a major stockholder of Synthes.” Wyss was CEO and major stockholder at the time of the indictment and the experiments.

Wyss, who now lives in Wyoming, is a major donor to scores of liberal groups in this country, with his contributions estimated to total more than $110 million, according to the HJW Foundation’s tax filings with the IRS since 2008.

The Swiss Broadcasting Corp. reported last year that Wyss was the second-richest person in Switzerland. He is the 112th wealthiest man in the world, with a net worth estimated at $11.2 billion by Forbes magazine.

Despite his relationship with Podesta and active role in funding liberal political activism, Wyss is not well known to the American public.

In fact, George Soros, the high-profile financial supporter of many liberal groups, has given less to CAP than Wyss.

Wyss told a Swiss newspaper in a rare interview in 2011 that “nobody knows me, and I hope that it stays like this,” according to Fortune.

But federal court documents paint a graphic description of his firm’s brazen decision to ignore the FDA’s drug approval procedures, which are intended to assure patient safety.

The FDA had previously approved another Synthes-produced substance for use in treating injured bones in the arm.

But in order for XR to be used in spinal cases, the company had to complete the government’s Investigational Device Exemption process.

Regardless of whether the company pursued the IDE process, however, the FDA required Synthes to include a warning label on the XR compound’s container stating it was “not intended for the treatment of vertebral compression fractures.”

Wyss and his subordinates decided during a Nov. 15, 2001, meeting to forgo the IDE process and to proceed with the unauthorized human experiments, according to the indictment.

“Person No. 7 decided that Synthes would not pursue an IDE study,” the indictment said, referring directly to Wyss. The meeting minutes noted the CEO and his subordinates ordered 60-80 test procedures without FDA approval.

In a pre-sentencing report, Assistant U.S. Attorney Mary Crawley described Wyss’s role: “After this [November] meeting Wyss, the CEO and major shareholder of Synthes, directed that Synthes would not pursue FDA approval of Norian XR via an IDE,” but “would press on with a ‘test market’” with surgeons.

Crawley also said the Synthes test market programs “were not slow or cautious, or careful, or motivated by patient safety.”

Davis said at a Dec. 13, 2011, sentencing hearing for Michael D. Huggins, one of the convicted Synthes executives, that “the safer and lawful approval route was expressly rejected.”

“One of the most offensive things was the little piddly sentence they got for this,” complained Eva Sloan, whose elderly mother, Lois Eskind, died during an XR experiment, according to Fortune.

Sloan filed a separate wrongful death lawsuit against the company in 2012 that charged “willful, wanton, malicious and reckless misconduct.”

The four executives “could have gone to 7-Eleven and stolen a six-pack of beer and got more time,” she said.

Sloan’s lawsuit was settled out of court. Laura Feld, Sloan’s attorney, said she could not comment because the settlement included a confidentiality agreement.

Defense attorney Brent J. Gurney told Davis at a sentencing hearing he thought Wyss was the missing person at the table.

“There is another person who is not present in this process,” he said while representing former Synthes executive Richard E. Bohner, “and that is the former chairman, CEO, controlling shareholder of the company, Mr. Wyss.”

Gurney, a former U.S. attorney, said, “Mr. Wyss was a highly involved owner of Synthes. The record shows that at the very beginning, it was he who made some of the very critical decisions that put the company on its ultimate pathway.”
