Re Norwich Union's change of name to Aviva.
Tis a well known fact that criminals use deception and aliases to con people.
Norwich Union stopped good business practice nearly a decade ago.
Their greed and need to appease shareholders has cost them dear.
They hope that a change of name will mean a change of fortune.
Let us hope not.
