A paedophile has gone on the run before he was jailed for broadcasting abuse of a young girl live online.
Taxi driver David Hart, 60, carried out a campaign of sexual abuse from when his victim was just 11 or 12 years old.
But on the day Hart was found guilty of a string of offences, he failed to show up at court - and went on the run from hospital.
Police hunting for him said he had changed his appearance by chopping his hair and shaving.
Hart was facing trial at Swansea Crown Court which began last week. He was charged with 16 offences including 12 counts of rape.
His victim told police she blamed herself for being "too afraid" to stop him.
Hart denied 16 charges alleged to have taken place between 2001 and 2015, including 12 charges of rape, two charges of indecent assault, one of assault by penetration and one of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
But he was found guilty on all counts by a jury, with a majority verdict of 11 to one on each. Hart has not yet been sentenced.
A spokesman for NSPCC Cymru/Wales said it was "vital that Hart is caught and brought back before the courts to face the full consequences of his abuse".
