Protecting Child Abusers.

Child abuse and paedophilia has been in the news a lot this year.

We have heard about the terrible abuse by jimmy savile.
The trials and imprisonment of stuart hall, max clifford and rolf harris.
Allegations of destroying evidence, cover ups and historic sex abuse
against lords of the land such as leon brittan and greville janner.

Janner has been given a get out of jail card by reason of his failing health.
Perhaps the doctors at ATOS could reassess his medical condition and fitness for trial.
Our government setting up a review of last years review into historic child abuse(!)
An inquiry without a chair or guidelines.

What a mess.

This past week has seen over 660 arrests for alleged child abuse.
Policeman, doctors, scout leaders and others from all walks of life.
Apart from the rich and titled.
Smoke mirrors and diversions...

We know of 'dirt books' - information on the seedier nature of establishment figures being used to silence and control those in parliament and big business.
Who and what type of person would use these books for their own profit ?
Who would allow these SCUM to remain in positions of authority instead of informing police ?

2014 has seen the phone hacking trials end with a whimper and minor sentences for some bad people.
A trial which did NOT touch upon the real crimes of the accused.
Did Rupert Murdoch manipulate and apply pressure behind the scenes ?

#RupertMurdoch has one of the biggest 'dirt books' around.
Decades of information gathered by reporters and private investigators in his employ.
Murdoch would have used any tool to keep his minions and others from implicating him in criminal activity and protect his reputation and empire.

Our government - past and present is rotten to the core.
As is our secret services, our police services and our public services.

Open all D notices.

A public inquiry into the abuses of those in power.

It may mean the downfall of our society.

Andy Coulson in fresh bid to appeal over legal fees

Former News of the World editor Andy Coulson has renewed his application for permission to appeal against a High Court decision that News Group Newspapers (NGN) does not have to pay his potential legal costs over the phone-hacking affair.

The renewed application means he will get an oral hearing of the application.

The Casetracker website run by the Ministry of Justice says the case has been listed for a hearing on for permission to appeal 8 May in front of a three-judge panel consisting of Lord Justice Maurice Kay, Vice President of the Court of Appeal Civil Division, Lord Justice Etherton, and Lord Justice Aikens.

Coulson's original application for permission to appeal was refused, on the papers, by Sir Richard Buxton, a former Lord Justice, on 14 February.

Coulson reportedly put his detached south London house on the market for GBP1.6 million after the original ruling in December in which Justice Supperstone rejected his bid and ordered him to pay NGN's costs.

His lawyers had argued that a clause in his severance deal meant NGN should pay professional costs and expenses incurred by him "in defending allegations of criminal conduct" during his tenure as editor.

In July last year Coulson, who had resigned as Prime Minister David Cameron's communications director the previous January, and who has consistently denied any wrongdoing, was arrested then bailed by officers from Operation Weeting, the Metropolitan Police investigation into phone-hacking at the News of the World.

News International Was Blackmailing John Yates.

In 2009, John Yates, assistant Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, decided that there was no evidence to re-open an investigation in phone hacking by News International.

John Yates spent an entire day(!) perusing the allegations and decided not to investigate.
A decision he now admits was "pretty crap".

Was his decision making infuenced by the knowledge that his own phone had been hacked by NI ?
He was aware he himself had been a target and yet, said and did nothing.

John Yates, a married man, was having an affair.

Was the UK's chief officer in counter terrorism a victim of blackmail ?

Jail Andy Coulson.
Jail Murdoch.
Jail Rebekah Brooks.

Jail the police officers who took money from Murdoch and News International.

News Of The Lies And Cover Ups.

I am stunned by the recent phone hacking revelations.
Not because it concerns the News of the World.
I expect that.

But, because, the police investigated this matter recently and found nothing amiss.

Do we have a world where dodgy newspapers can break the law with impunity ?
Do we have a police force that turns a blind eye to wrong doing as long as they get a kick back ?

It appears we do.

Jail Murdoch.
Jail Andy Coulson.
Jail Rebekah Brookes.

And jail the police officers involved in the last 'investigation'.
