Before committing the rape, Evans was a footballer playing for Sheffield United.
There is discussion whether he should be allowed to play on his release.

Ched Evans may have 'paid his debt to society' though not his victim.

He will soon be free to continue his life and career - as it should be.

To play for Wales his national country ?
I dont think so.

Abused And Abused Again By Welsh Police.

The nIPCC has called in chief constables and police commissioners from all four Welsh forces over concerns of the handling of rape, sexual assault and domestic violence. The nIPCC is investigating a case in south wales where a victim of domestic abuse was sent back home and ignored. Two days later she was attacked by her ex partner with a claw hammer. The case was only referred to the nIPCC after the woman complained to her MP. In another case, a detective sergeant, who has NOT been suspended, is being investigated for failure to act on reports of the rape of children. Another investigation is looking at how details of a complaint about domestic violence was leaked to the partner - a serving police officer. In 2009, four women were killed in incidents of domestic violence. A conference on domestic abuse in 2011 appears to have been ignored. What the hell is going on with welsh police ? Are there other victims of abuse, violence and rape that are not being investigated ?
